I placed an order for 1 menu and 1 burger alone, I arrived at 8:30 p.m. and left at 9:20 p.m.…
6 people ordered after me and left well before, when I ask the lady at the cash register she tells me that it's "normal we put people before you" so I don't understand why certain customers are more important than me and when I ask why it's taking so long, she doesn't even check my order.
She ended up giving me my bag which had been READY for 25 minutes (because she didn't add anything in it, just checked the contents), but since she didn't check I had to wait 45 minutes in total.
And as a bonus I ate a cold meal because it had been served for a long time.
It is unacceptable.
